I am very impressed with Sunwise Blinds' customer service. I contacted them regarding some Bottom Rail Cord Plugs for blinds in my house. Clive and the team from Sunwise went out of their way to source the correct plugs and send them to me. The value of the plugs was only about $15.00 but I was treated as though I had placed a thousand dollar order. Keep up the good work Sunwise Blinds. Customer service like this is very rare. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Thinking about it, if you have to order them then I will up it to 6 cordlocks however if this will cause to much problem then don't worry about it. As I feel you have been so cooperative for a small order. Your service has been second to none which is rare these days and would recommend without hesitation. Thank you so much.

We wish to thank you for your professional & efficient service regarding our outside motorised Sunwise awning which was installed yesterday.. we are extremely please with the end result and have no hesitation in recommending your company and products.

Skins arrived last Thursday 24th and they were put up today (Monday 28) by my husband John, grandson Andrew and myself. Although the old skins seemed to be up forever and past their use-by date, they came down with ease and the new skins went up with the same amount of effort. Would it be possible to obtain a piece of the same material used so that we could make a permanent awning from our kitchen window. The window is approx 2m wide but not sure on the drop but nowhere near the ones we have bought. If this is possible, I will forward the measurements on hearing from you. Also, we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for a job well done as the skins fitted perfectly and it was such a breeze doing business with such a professional team. Thank you again
